False self-images

If you think that you are a miserable person, then you really are. It is you who creates all your sufferings so do not blame others, the ill-fortune or the Gods for this. You feel pain in your body or in your soul because of your own thoughts and power. Is not enough to possess the power but you shall to know how to use it. Your present state reflects your past decisions and thoughts. It is high time to grow up instead of blaming others angrily. The people you meet are just fellow-traveller with only one divine role: holding a mirror to you to help your development. If you cannot stand something in somebody, it is about you. You are the only one who can fix the broken picture that someone else shows you. If you can fix it, you will recover and you may set the other one free as well. It seems so simple but actually, it is not.The ego is so wise in other’s problems, but so blind when it has to discover its own path. As the phrase goes – “Behold the mot in the brother’s eye.” We like to give advice - even unasked -because we think that the cure that helped us (or would help us) can be useful to others too....Silence has a stronger healing effect than preach has. The latter one lasts for a little while, but raises only anger and inferiority complex in the long run. Let him/her free- that is healing. Also, be present, when the other one needs a helping hand. However, do not try to horn in toother’s life – that is creating karma....Trust yourself, make a decision and start your journey. If your answer is - "Well, definitely tomorrow" – it is quite certain that you will not ever start. It is only the stamina of Here and Now, which brings you further. If others see you flying and they try to follow you – its wonderful. If they do not, it is good as well. Accept their choice. Maybe they need a little more suffering to start on their journey. Everybody is amazing. If you see this, you will be happy.

Shine of the Inside and the Outside

The one who deeply rooted in the material world is tend to turn aback to the obvious signs of the Soul and to close the road to the development and changing. Others (often) come by more or less fanaticism on the Spiritual Path while searching their Self and they keenly deny the importance of the Physical Existence. They activate just their Intellect while pay no attention to their physical demands. This is a sort of ascetics: one becomes soft and loses his/her interest in his/her everyday action, because he/she thinks: a life when both feet are on the ground doesn’t need to the ascension. Both paths are dangerous.

The harmony of the Inner and the Outer World is the key to the Absolute Human Being. They are interconnected: they are clear mirrors of each other. Somatic symptoms, illness, chronic diseases are fairly accuratesigns of the weakness (loveless) of the Heart. If our body lives bad experiences we feel ourselves annoyed, tired and downhearted. This is avicious circle: these negative feelings weaken ourselves at the momentwhen they born and in the long run as well. This process often invisible for us because of the ego likes when we make a victim of ourselves or we complain about something.

The ego-driven person’s two most common talks are: complains about different kind of problems or everyday’s crisis (these are created earlier by the Speaker with the same kind of monolog) and stories about the Other Person’s weakness, malice or peccadillo (so as to change theListener’s point of view about the Other Person to a worst one). It called tittle-tattle. In fact this is the expression of the anger that the Speaker feels against him/herself. With this act the Speaker projects its own rage to someone in order to shift the focus from his/her fallibility (for good measure the messenger always works out some respect from the Listener).
Both paths are plain diversion and the outcome is an energy-drain. In cosmic level the vampire-self’s assistance in the communication is aharmful aid of the ego-flattening. A typical symptom accompanies these situations: there is no reception and openness towards the Listener who tries to give some practical advices to help the Speaker. The truth is, that the ego gets a kick out of wording theseself- and world-destructive words and is not motivated towards healing, sticking to its power.
What does the conscious Listener do if he/she finds him/herself in the before mentioned communication? He/she doesn’t fall into his/her ego’strap and (because there isn’t any other topic) he/she doesn’t start to mention his/her problems to intensify negativity. Instead of it he/she stands silent and intent, closes his/her receptors (if he/she smart enough he/she stirs toward another line of discussion) - or simply shakes the dust from his/her feet. A conversation without any openness isn’t worth the trouble. If the (passive) Listener stays in such talk inspite of this, he/she gets into a destructive wave which weakens him/her.

The person who get stuck in complaint and judgement becomes ill in shortterm and creates karmas in the long run. It’s hard to explain to him/her.… Except one case: … Instead of suffering (i.e. the rule of theego) which is absolute necessary to make him/herself the center of attention, the person hands his/her Being over to the Heart. This israrely achieved by the Listener’s direct intervention. Example is better than precept - as I experienced.
It’s obvious, that the reason of illness is the Lack of Love - specifically the blocks created by piled up Negative Energies. The way of healing is switching to the opposite pole: practicing Faith, focusing to Self‘s Love in the level of the body, the mind and the soul. Let’s try to sing a different tune: let the eternal hope and love flow, let go of complaints and delight in the human being.
